Blast Carboblocks Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 1982. In the 4 decades of existence the technocrat based company has developed 15 products in the service of High Corrosion Chemical Process Industry, especially Pharma, Speciality chemical and Agrichemical sectors.
Company had purchased Patent rights from Bhabha Atomic Research Centre Trombay, Mumbai for the manufacture of synthetic graphite articles.

- BCPL has the most mordent and world’s largest pile block type graphite Heat Exchanger BCAHEX brand manufacturing plant with capacity of 20,000 m2 /annum.
- The company has an assembly line fully supported with 24 assembly stations.
- The Quality Management System is proudly confirmed by TUV Nord for ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
- We have history of many BCAHEX units serving the user for more than 18 years.
- The normal expectancies of lite of BCAHEX product is 5-10 years in average corrosive conditions subject to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- In some cases the life may be limited to a useful period of 2-3 years which you may in the field check in labs in actual conditions. BCPL shall be glad to supply lab test tokens free of cost.
- After Sales Service is a Prime Concern of BCPL. It has a full flagged team of 10 nos of well trained Graphite Fitters to provide After Sales Services pan India and Abroad.
- Currently BCPL is the only one company worldwide to give 24 months warranty from the date of dispatch.
- More than 500 API pharma companies and Agri chemicals companies have already th benefitted from the advantages of 4 Gen. design based BCAHEX MOC Heat and Mass Transfer Equipment. The Population of BCAHEX Heat Exchanger currently in the operation in the country is more than 10000 nos.
